NCPD is a fully whitelisted police department with a realistic LAPD-style rank structure. Entry requires a formal application, panel interview, background check, and academy completion. The Chief of Police is appointed by the elected Mayor through city government — not a staff position.

How to Join

  1. 1 Submit a Discord application through the #ncpd-apply channel
  2. 2 Complete a panel interview with NCPD command staff
  3. 3 Pass a background check through the CAD system
  4. 4 Complete the staff-run police academy (conditional hire period)
  5. 5 Receive badge, callsign, and division assignment

Rules & Guidelines

  • All rank decisions are RP-driven — promotions reflect in-character performance and department need.
  • Chief of Police is appointed by the elected Mayor through city government, not by server staff.
  • BWC activation is mandatory on duty — footage stored in CAD evidence.
  • Conduct violations are processed through Internal Affairs via the nc-complaints system.
  • Specialized unit eligibility (Detectives, SWAT, Motors) gated by rank and CAD certification.
