SVHP is an open-enrollment department with statewide highway jurisdiction. The same autonomous onboarding flow as RCSO — no staff approval required.

How to Join

  1. 1 Read the community Law Enforcement SOP in the Documents section
  2. 2 Pass the LE knowledge quiz
  3. 3 Accept the conditions of service agreement
  4. 4 Receive automatic duty access — area-beat-unit callsign auto-generated

Rules & Guidelines

  • Supervisor ranks are RP-only — no authority over other players.
  • Highway jurisdiction only — city and county road enforcement defers to NCPD/RCSO.
  • Commercial vehicle enforcement is a primary SVHP focus.
  • Multi-agency cert available through CAD.
